Bored?

I must admit, life is pretty boring sometimes.

Let's see what can I do today...

go to the ymca and buff up
go to the ymca and just sit in the hot tub :D
read some of the Wheel of Time series (I'm just starting book 5)
work in hw problems from my old quality control book (hmm I actually did like that class)
go to the library
video games
yoga (I still stink at it)
invest money
write more on xanga
check out facebook
find a random girl to take out on a date
rub the red mark I'll prolly get on my face for asking
practice spanish
do a Bible study
call Ryry
go to Target and read a book in one of their display chairs
clean house
see if I can't set up a V-ball game at the y
build a snowman downtown
wrap up in winter cloths and a sleeping bag and go cloud gazing from a snowbank
rent an awsome movie (any suggestions?)
figure out what I would do if I was invisible
shovel someones driveway

I might add more later

The worst part about being bored is that you simple DON'T feel like doing anything.  Now this is coming from someone who still doesn't have anyone to hang out with so it should have a little weight to it. Get over it, get up and do!

Is This Your Life

Are you stuck in a rut?

You have a life so don't turn it into some day by day routine that you're going to wake up from 20 yrs from now wondering what happend.

I could add a long philisophical explanation to this but I think most ppl get the idea.

Does This Dress Make Me Look Fat?

THIS BOOK IS A MAN'S BEST FRIEND! (Girls you might want to read this)

ok backtrack a bit.

For Christmas my bro got me this little book "Does This Dress Make Me Look Fat?" by Stephen James and David Thomas.

(my name's not Thomas, it's just Tom)

It was intended to be a joke but holy wah its second only to the Bible for men.

1) Not a big book so it's easy to read a section whenever.

2) It was written by 2 Christians who are also psycoologists

3) It gives REAL answers to popular questions like

-Does this dress make me look fat?

-Am I like my Mother?

-(and the one that always gets me in trouble) What are you thinking about?

plus a few others

Now when I say real answers I don't mean something dumb like "Do what you want = Do it and you're dead!"

When a guy hears these questions that's all they hear. For example, I hear the fat question and I'm literaly sizing her up in my head.  I'm not really hearing the "Am I beautiful to you, please reassure me that you love me, you are my love and I need you to love me back" (and that's the shortened version of that statement)

Guys we're still bound to blow it from time to time but, this book will save your butt many times AND make you look like a Hero.

Girls you want GOOD answers to your questions, then I also suggest you get this book for your bf/hubby.  If HE WAS SMART ENOUGH TO GET ONE HIMSELF (HINT HINT DUDES) get him another anyways.  Trust me.

You can find it in a Christian bookstore, and if you got more questions lemme know.

2 - 4 - 1

Well I have been having some problems with finding a church where i fit in.

The 2 things for me to look at is

1) Do I agree with the church? I'm not going to join if they're a bunch of weirdos (sounds almost like an oxymoron coming from me)

2) Are there people I can relate to?  I lot of the churches I've gone to have noone my age (understandable with collage and stuff) which makes it REALLY hard to be involved with the church.

So yesterday morning (9:30) I tried 2 churches kind of on accident.  I drove down to Green Bay to try the first church I see.

Wasn't untill about 10:30 that I actually see one.  First Christian Assembly.  It was OK though the paster (actually pastoress) went on a looooong story about her younger brother that didn't really tie in with the message.

We get out at 11 and just drive around GB just looken at stuff.

At 11:30 I see something Babtist church.  So I pull in and check it out.

Twas a big church and though the paster seemed young he did seem to know what he was talking about so I'm going to go back next week and see more.  I already picked up a copy of their constitution thing to see what their main beliefs were which I think I agree with so far.

So I did get a full service in yesterday, just half and half.

And I'm writing this at work so gotta check out for now.
